Eating at the Table

MY name is _______ and I love to eat with my family and friends. When it is time to eat I have to sit at the table like a BIG BOY/GIRL. Because I am a BIG BOY/GIRL I have to eat all my food so I can grow up to be big and strong. I only use my spoon or fork to eat all my food. When I am finished using my spoon or fork I will put it next to my napkin. While I am chewing my food my mouth is always closed and I have to shallow all my food before talking to my family and friends. When I am finished eating my food I need to wait and sit in my chair until my family and friends are done eating.
