Are the Goals in SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) Goal format?


Do the Goals follow my state’s content standards?

Our goals/objectives are not specific to individual states standards. However, they are written in SMART goal format and are able to be edited and individualized so that they can address specific standards in your location.

Do you offer a trial membership?

Sorry, at this time, we do not offer a free trial for our membership. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the site.

I am not satisfied. How do I get a refund of my membership fees?

Please use our contact form to request a refund. Please include the name and email address that you signed up with, along with the date that you signed up on, if possible. We will issue a refund back to your PayPal account.

I would like to sign up, but I do not have a PayPal account. What other payment methods do you offer?

Sorry, at this time, we can only accept payments from visitors with a PayPal account.

I paid but I am not able to log on.

I filled out the contact form, how long will it take for a response?

It usually takes us up to 24-48 hours to respond to the messages that we receive. Also, please note, that we are available during regular business hours, from 8am-5pm PST Monday – Friday.
