These Terms of Use govern access to IEPgoals.net. By using the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
Educational resource—not individualized advice
IEPgoals.net provides examples, templates, and general educational information. It does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or individualized educational advice. Goal examples must be reviewed and adapted by the student’s qualified team using current evaluation data, present levels, applicable law, and professional judgment.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and using your account only for authorized purposes. Membership access is for the account holder and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made publicly available.
Memberships and billing
Annual membership is billed at $50 per year through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Lifetime membership is a one-time $100 payment for continued access while the service remains available and these terms are followed. Prices are shown before checkout.
You may cancel an annual subscription through the available billing or support process. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally end access before the already-paid period expires. Refund requests made within 30 days of an initial purchase will be reviewed under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee; other refunds are provided only when required by law or expressly approved.
Acceptable use
You may use and adapt goal examples for your own professional or personal educational work. You may not scrape or systematically download the library, republish or sell substantial portions of it, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use another person’s account, or use the site unlawfully.
Student and confidential information
Do not enter student names, birth dates, disability information, IEP documents, educational records, or other confidential student data into IEPgoals.net support, feedback, or contact forms. You are responsible for complying with your organization’s policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Ownership
The site design, software, organization, branding, and original content are owned by IEPgoals.net or its licensors. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the site or content.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue features and content. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. IEPgoals.net is not responsible for educational decisions, student outcomes, or losses caused by relying on an example without appropriate individualized review. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination and changes
We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or other users. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
