Student privacy
IEPgoals.net is a resource for adults and is not a student-record system. Do not submit student names, dates of birth, disability information, IEP documents, educational records, or other confidential student information through goals, support, feedback, or contact forms.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, provide purchased access, process and reconcile payments, respond to support requests, secure the service, improve site performance, understand general usage, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Google Workspace for business email, and Google Analytics for site measurement. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and account sessions
Essential cookies keep members signed in and protect account sessions. Google Analytics may use a first-party cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can limit nonessential cookies through browser controls or use the Google Analytics opt-out tools.
Retention and security
We retain account, transaction, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting eligible account information through our Contact Us form. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
Children
The service is intended for educators, clinicians, parents, guardians, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and children should not create accounts or submit personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions can be submitted through Contact Us.
