Login Help

Thank you for signing up with IEP Goals and we are sorry you are experiencing problems logging on. Below are the troubleshooting tips, but feel free to contact us at support@iepgoals.zendesk.com or via our contact form. We will get back to you usually within the same day Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.

Process after signing up and paying:

  1. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your account. This email should come to you within 1 hour of signing up, usually much sooner. If you have not received the email by then, please check your bulk email folders. If you still have not received the email, please contact us at support@iepgoals.zendesk.com or via our contact form. We will get back to you usually within the same day Monday -Friday 8am-5pm PST.
  2. After you have created your account, there will be one more email with a link to click to activate your account. You will not be able to log onto your account until this link has been clicked. This email should come to you within 1 hour of creating your account, but usually much sooner. If you have not received the email, please check your bulk or spam email folders. If you still have not received the email, please contact us at support@iepgoals.zendesk.com or via our contact form. We will get back to you usually within the same day Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.

Forgot username and/or password:

  1. If you forgot your username, we will have to look it up for you. Please note: Your username is not the same as your email address. Please contact us at support@iepgoals.zendesk.com or via our contact form with your first and last name and email (if you have it) and we will be happy to look it up for you. Please also let us know if you forgot your password and need it reset, we can do this for you at the same time. We will get back to you usually within the same day Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.
  2. If you forgot just your password, you may have it reset automatically by clicking on the link: Lost your password? and entering your username or email. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. This email should arrive within 1 hour, usually much sooner. Once the link is clicked, another email will be sent to you with your new password. If you did not receive either of  the emails, please check your bulk/spam email folders or feel free to contact us at support@iepgoals.zendesk.com or via our contact form for additional help, we will get back to you usually within the same day Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.
